About the Client: Sorcel
Sorcel empowers non-technical builders to create decentralised applications (dApps) without coding. Brands and independent creators can set up the parameters of their dApp from a no-code panel, saving costs and hundreds of hours of dev time. Being able to embed web3 components on any website is a big reason our users love the product, using their existing digital space without compromising on UI and domain ownership.
The Objective
The objective is to create a simple and enjoyable way for users to set up a web page that is accessible only with a specific token. Users should understand that the page is blocked based on token ownership and what to do to gain access. Some important factors to consider:
We handle EVM chains, such as Ethereum, Polygon, base, etc..
We handle POAPs and other chains with different standards
We allow owners fo websites to combine several token together. For example, you can access this webage if you have at least 2 out of 8 POAP from our twitter sapces.
Empathize
You'll be invited to an optional Client Stakeholder meeting to ask questions about the industry, their company, their pain points and needs. If you miss this opportunity, you will have access to a recording of the meeting.
Define
Collaborate with other designers to conduct primary and secondary research in order to understand the needs, challenges, and expectations of users. Synthesize your findings and define the problem you are solving.
Ideate + Prototype
Brainstorm, experiment and independently design and prototype a solution to iterate and test.
Test and Reflect
Test your solution for it's impact and reflect on the process. Sprintfolio's AI-driven platform will guide you to write your case study while doing the project, making it more faster to update your portfolio with future-proof projects tailored to your professional goals.
Participate in Showcase Presentation Day
You'll have 3 months to complete your project, case study and a brief presentation. After completion, you'll be eligible to join a Showcase Presentation Day with the client, senior designers and potential hiring managers. You'll receive valuable feedback to improve your professional materials.
Timeline:
Start date is to be determined when our waitlist fills up to a minimum of 3 designers to create a research team.
