Create a stunning and fun website that helps people relocating to Miami

The Design Brief

About the Client: Maggie Shih Real Estate

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Miami, our real estate agency specializes in helping out-of-state individuals find their perfect Miami home. With a deep understanding of the city's diverse neighborhoods and a passion for matching people with their ideal community, we offer personalized, insightful guidance to those looking to make Miami their new home. Our focus is on creating a seamless, enjoyable relocation experience, highlighting the best of what Miami has to offer.

Our goal is to develop an engaging marketing tool (in the form of a website) that captures the essence of Miami's neighborhoods, catering to the unique preferences and personalities of prospective residents. This tool, in the form of an interactive quiz, will guide users to discover which Miami neighborhood aligns with their lifestyle, providing a customized neighborhood guide as a takeaway. This guide aims to be not only fun and engaging but also genuinely useful, offering insights into local restaurants, cultural hotspots, and essential amenities.

People moving to Miami from out of state often face the challenge of selecting a neighborhood that truly fits their personality and lifestyle. The vast diversity of Miami's neighborhoods, each with its unique character and offerings, can be overwhelming without in-depth local knowledge. Our agency seeks to bridge this gap by creating a marketing tool that simplifies this decision-making process. The challenge lies in accurately capturing the essence of each neighborhood and translating that into a fun yet informative quiz that leads to a personalized, valuable neighborhood guide.

The solution: Design and launch an online quiz that asks users about their preferences, lifestyle, and personality traits to match them with a Miami neighborhood. The results should incorporate a neighborhood guide for the neighborhood the users get matched with, featuring information on local dining, entertainment, parks, and other amenities, which will be delivered as a PDF upon quiz completion.

You'll be invited to an optional Client Stakeholder meeting to ask questions about the industry, their company, their pain points and needs. If you miss this opportunity, you will have access to a recording of the meeting.

Collaborate with other designers to conduct primary and secondary research in order to understand the needs, challenges, and expectations of users. Synthesize your findings and define the problem you are solving. The client will provide demographic data reports for each neighborhood to aid in the discovery process.
