Bridging Grant Seekers to Funding

Streamlining a grants consulting firm's intake process and assessing their clients' readiness to engage in the grant application journey

The Design Brief

About the Client: NPI Consulting House

NPI Consulting House specializes in providing strategic solutions for non-profits and small businesses, focusing on enhancing their grant application processes. Led by Natalie Poindexter, the company addresses a critical need within the sector: streamlining the client intake process and assessing their readiness to engage in the grant application journey.

The Objective

The primary goal is to develop an innovative tool that simplifies the initial assessment of NPI's potential clients, helping them determine their preparedness for the grant process. This tool aims to optimize Natalie's workflow, allowing her to focus on clients who are ready to navigate the complexities of grant applications effectively.

You'll be invited to an optional Client Stakeholder meeting to ask Natalie questions about her industry, the company, her pain points and needs. If you miss this opportunity, you will have access to a recording of the meeting.

Collaborate with other designers to conduct primary and secondary research in order to understand the needs, challenges, and expectations of the clients. Synthesize your findings and define the problem you are solving.
