Commonly asked questions

Commonly asked questions

How long does the program take to complete?

Each designer has a choice of a variety of design projects to tackle. They can finish as fast as they wish, and audit any other project. Generally we have found a quality project will take 2-3 months to complete.

Does the program offer tutorials or courses?

We believe the best way to learn is by doing. However, depending on your starting point, Sprintfolio offers curated content and tutorials. We also have designed Lio, our AI tutor, to help answer questions and teach you concepts as you encounter them during your projects.

What kind of client projects will be offered?

We are focused on new emerging technology. We offer projects in AI, Web3, edtech and vibrant new tech startups.

Can I enroll to multiple projects?

You have access to all the projects during your active membership, but you can only tackle one project at a time.

Does my time zone matter?

Yes, currently our program is limited to US time zones. However, if you're outside of the US, we still encourage you to apply. With more demand, we will try our best to accommodate.

How does mentorship work?

Our mentors host individual and collective office hours, coworking sessions, workshops, and networking events to support your learning journey.

Will I be able to share my project on my portfolio?

Yes, we will work with you and the clients collaborating in our program to showcase your portfolio projects publicly.

What is the time commitment?

Our recommendation is to set aside 10-20 hours a week, but our program is self-paced for flexibility.

Is this a team sprint?

This is primarily an individual sprint, but there will be opportunities to collaborate while learning UX research concepts.

What is your refund policy?

As a bootstrapped startup, we strive to balance affordability with quality by thoughtfully allocating our resources. Unfortunately, this means we cannot offer refunds once a project has started. However, we value your experience and encourage you to contact us at info@sprintfolio.com or on Discord @UX_Rebeca if you wish to discuss alternative options.

We are committed to working with you to find a solution that helps you succeed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
